We provide sourcing matchmaking, supplier assessment, inspection and testing registration. Deliverables and timing follow the order or service note confirmed by both sides.

Assessment reports reflect what we found during the visit, document check and sampling, at the time of the check. They are not a warranty on any particular batch and do not replace your own incoming inspection.

Quotes state currency, validity and what is included. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted to you first and started only after you confirm.

Both sides keep drawings, prices and customer lists confidential. Where a third party needs documents, they receive the minimum required for the job.

We answer for errors in documents we issue, capped at the fee actually charged for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect losses or anticipated profit.

These terms follow the laws of the People’s Republic of China. When we amend them we roll the date at the top of this page, and notify you separately of material changes.
