Information you send us: company name, website, target market, contact person and contact details, and your requirement or product description. Diagnostic and pre-check forms also ask for product parameters and the certificates you already hold.

Three uses only: producing the report or proposal, contacting you about the request itself, and keeping a record of work that actually happened. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to your request, and we do not sell it.

Your requirement reaches only the candidate suppliers we shortlist for you, for quoting and fulfilment. It is never published to the public board without your confirmation.

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after 24 months; records of work that did are kept as long as contracts and tax rules require. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

You may ask to see, correct, export or delete what you sent us. Email the address below and we will act within a reasonable period and report back.
