This page contains the full text of five separate consents. A Privacy Policy and B Terms of Service have their own pages, linked below. The “Full text” link beside each checkbox jumps to the matching anchor.

《Separate Consent for Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information》

This consent is executed separately under Articles 38 and 39 of the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC and related rules. It is not bundled with the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service. Please read each clause before confirming.
1. Why the Transfer Is Necessary

The service you have requested is cross-border by nature (export introductions, overseas sourcing, overseas certification and testing). To deliver it, the personal information described below must be provided to recipients located outside mainland China. Without such transfer the service cannot in fact be performed.

2. Scope of Personal Information Transferred
CategoryFieldsSensitive?
Identity and contactCompany name, contact name, job title, work email, telephone, messaging handleNo
Business and operationalProduct categories, target markets, export/sourcing experience, capacity, quantities, lead timesNo
Technical and productSpecifications, applicable standards, drawings and process descriptions, sample dataNo
Qualification documentsBusiness licence, certificates, test reportsNo (corporate information)

We do not transfer ID numbers, biometric data, health data, financial account data or other sensitive personal information. Where such transfer becomes genuinely necessary we will inform you separately and obtain separate consent.

3. Overseas Recipients
Type of recipientCountry/regionPurposeMethod
Overseas buyers / purchasers and their agentsEU member states, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and other target markets you nominateContact, quotation, factory audit, orderingEmail, messaging, online meetings, written documents
Overseas channel partners / distributors / trade mediaAs aboveChannel development and brand presentationPushed in de-identified form
Overseas certification bodies / testing laboratoriesEU, UK, ANZ and other destination marketsCertification applications, sample testing, compliance assessmentOnline filing systems, email, sample shipment
Overseas exhibition organisers / chambers of commerce / industry associationsAs aboveExhibition registration, membership and event coordinationOnline registration systems, email
Overseas logistics / customs / warehousing providersCountry/region of destinationSample shipment and customs declarationWaybills and customs filings

The name and contact details of each specific recipient will be listed to you by email or in writing before that project starts. You may consent to only some of the listed recipients.

4. Rules and Safeguards Applicable to Overseas Recipients

Overseas recipients may process your personal information only for the purposes in the table above, may not use it beyond that scope, and may not onward-disclose it except where required by law or where a sub-processor is necessary for that purpose. We agree with them in writing the purpose, duration, method, categories of information, protective measures and liability for breach, and will provide you with a summary of those terms on request.

5. Risk Notice

You understand and acknowledge that personal information protection law in the recipient's country or region may differ from that of China, that the way you exercise your rights and obtain remedies may be affected by local law and practice, and that once information has left the country our ability to control its subsequent processing is limited. We mitigate these risks through contractual commitments, data minimisation and de-identification, but cannot eliminate them entirely.

6. Withdrawal and Its Consequences

You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing info@rtemc.com. On withdrawal we stop providing new personal information overseas and use reasonable efforts to require recipients to stop processing and to delete or anonymise what they hold. We cannot guarantee complete reversal of processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal (such as quotations already issued or certification applications already filed), and you accept the consequences of that.

7. Effect of Refusal

You may refuse to sign this consent. The consequence is that we cannot provide services that depend on transferring personal information overseas (including overseas buyer and channel introductions, overseas certification and testing filings, and passing requirements to overseas suppliers). Domestic advisory, assessment and training services that involve no transfer are unaffected.

8. Effect and Record-Keeping

This consent takes effect when you tick the confirmation box (or sign and seal) and covers this submission and any necessary supplementary provision for the same purpose, until you withdraw it or the engagement ends. We retain the consent version, confirmation time, source page and language version as evidence.

《Consent for Public Display》

Applies to publication of sourcing requirements (requirement board), supplier capability profiles, and case or outcome showcases. Core principle: de-identify before publishing.
1. What May Be Published
  • Category, specification range, quantity range and target market of the requirement or capability;
  • Lead-time range and the categories of qualification or certification required (no certificate scans);
  • Requirement summary, de-identified and rewritten by us before publication;
  • Publication reference number and time.
2. What Is Never Published
  • Company name, registration number, registered address;
  • Contact name, job title, work email, telephone and messaging handles (respondents submit through the on-site form and we forward; nothing is published);
  • Prices, costs, customer lists, existing supplier lists;
  • Drawings, formulations, process parameters and other trade or technical secrets.
3. Channels and Duration

Channels include the requirement board, emails and messages we send to registered suppliers, distribution through exhibition and chamber-of-commerce partners, and trade media columns. Publication lasts 12 months from the publication date, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever is earlier. On expiry we remove it or move it to non-public archive.

4. Withdrawal and Removal

You may request removal at any time by emailing info@rtemc.com or through the on-site contact. We remove within 2 working days of receipt. Where third parties have already captured, republished or indexed the content we cannot guarantee complete erasure; you agree that our obligation is one of reasonable efforts only.

5. Risk Notice

Publication means any visitor, including your competitors, can see the de-identified information. Although direct identifiers are removed, we cannot rule out inference of your identity from industry knowledge. If that concerns you, consider carefully before publishing, or ask us to blur further (for example by widening quantity and specification ranges).

6. Relationship with Cross-Border Consent

Once published, overseas suppliers may also view the requirement and respond. This consent and the Cross-Border Transfer Consent therefore run in parallel and each requires its own tick. Ticking this consent alone does not authorise any overseas transfer.
